Who We Are

Children with face paintMeet the Experts

In 1993, Children’s Conference Care, Inc. became the solution for working parents torn between their commitment to their families and their career. Having faced the same conflict themselves, partners Robin Brookmyer and Sheryl Dubin knew it was time to provide working parents with an alternative. Over the years, they have worked tirelessly on developing onsite childcare programs that are second-to-none.

Robin and Sheryl are directly involved with all aspects of the business:

  • planning programs
  • meeting with clients
  • screening and hiring staff
  • working onsite with children

Robin Brookmyer
is the CEO of Children’s Conference Care. After moving from New York to Boston to start a family, she realized that the demands of her career conflicted with the needs of her new family. Not wanting to leave her family while traveling, she decided to leave her career in marketing. It was this decision that lead to the start of Children’s Conference Care, Inc.

As a mother of two, Robin knows firsthand the stress of juggling work and family life, and understands parents’ needs and expectations.

Sheryl Dubin joined CCCI as both partner and President in 1994. With a Masters degree in Education, seven years experience in the public school system and a background in trade shows/exhibitions, Sheryl’s attention to detail and organizational skills have been instrumental in developing the business, as well as planning and managing each event.

As a mother and experienced teacher, Sheryl knows what’s expected of the staff and understands what it takes to run an outstanding childcare program.

Beth Silveria is CCCI’s Staff Coordinator. A graduate of Boston College, Beth has a Masters degree in Special Education and a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Human Resources.

Beth began teaching in New York before relocating to Massachusetts to teach fifth grade for seven years. She started working for CCCI as a caregiver during her school vacations and holidays before becoming the staff coordinator.

As staff coordinator, Beth is responsible for:

  • recruiting potential candidates
  • interviewing and hiring team members
  • scheduling team members for upcoming programs
  • acting as liaison between team members

Ann Corrado
works alongside Beth as Staff Coordinator. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Ann has a Bachelors degree in communications, as well as a Masters degree in elementary education from Lesley University.

After graduating college, Ann spent eight years working in corporate communications and Public Relations. Ann has used her skills in this area to work with Sheryl and Robin on the development of CCCI’s new website and collateral materials.

In addition to her role as staff coordinator, Ann also works as a teacher during many of the programs.

Melissa Siembab assists in the recruiting process by researching and contacting local schools and childcare facilities. She also completes reference checks on all potential team members.

Besides these responsibilities, Melissa works onsite as a lead teacher.

Peggy Payne is CCCI's Administrative Assistant. Her role includes managing and updating team member information, running background checks and ensuring all necessary state requirements are met. Peggy also follows ups with CPR and First Aid certified team members to confirm that their certificates are current.

A graduate of Framingham State College, Peggy has a Bachelors degree in psychology and is pursuing a Masters degree in education.

Prior to joining CCCI, Peggy spent ten years working in Internet sales and marketing solutions for the meeting and planning industry.
