Who Benefits
Parents
As a business whose primary focus is childcare, CCCI team members understand that they are responsible for your most valuable asset: your children - leaving no margin for error. So when it comes to safety, every precaution is taken to ensure that the designated sites are safe and secure. Plus, every scheduled program has at least one team member who is CPR and First Aid certified, and all team members undergo criminal background checks.
Something for Everyone
From toddlers to teens, CCCI’s children’s programs have something for everyone. Whether you have a toddler who enjoys drawing quietly, a child who likes arts and crafts or a teen who loves sports, CCCI will customize a program that satisfies the interests of all age groups.
Registering your child
To ensure a safe and well-run program, all parents/guardians are required to pre-register their children prior to their participation. Parents/guardians receive a customized registration package before the program begins, which includes some simple medical and parental/guardian release forms, as well as a fact sheet detailing the program. CCCI team members use the information gathered to make the child’s day safe and enjoyable.
The lead teacher assigned to the event is equipped with the following:
- Children and Parent/Guardian Names
- Parent/Guardian Contact Information
- Important Medical Information*
- Site Contacts
- Security Extensions
- Local Hospitals
- Fire Exits
*In accordance with privacy laws, all medical/personal information provided is kept confidential. Only team members assigned to your program are provided with medically-necessary information, such as allergies, asthma, special dietary concerns, etc.
Child/Teacher Ratios
The child/teacher ratios are as follows:
- Ages 3-5: One team member per five children
- Ages 6–9: One team member per eight children
- Ages 10 and up: One team member per 10 children
If accommodations are made for infants, the child/teacher ratio is:
- Infants (under 1): One team member per two children
- Ages 1-2: One team member per three children
Note: Typically, there are at least two team members onsite at all times to make sure that each child has the attention they need.
